Interior drain tile, sump basins, and vapor barrier wall systems installed by technicians who've done this hundreds of times in Brookhaven, GA basements.

We're bonded and insured for both residential and light commercial basement work across Brookhaven, GA.

Every Brookhaven, GA Basement Waterproofing job starts with an inspection, not a generic package — here's what that typically includes.
We route drain tile beneath the existing slab line so flooring disruption stays minimal during installation.
Battery backup is available for any sump system, so a power outage during a storm doesn't undo the whole fix.
The cove joint where the floor meets the foundation wall is one of the most common Brookhaven, GA leak points, and we seal it as part of every interior system.
We install membrane on masonry walls before any insulation or framing goes up, so moisture never gets a chance to reach finished materials.
Window wells that hold water after a storm are a direct pressure point against the glass and frame — we add gravel beds and drain lines tied into the main system.
A quick phone conversation lets us bring the right equipment on the first visit instead of a second trip.
A technician walks the basement with a moisture meter, checking walls, floor, and cove joints to trace the water back to its actual source.
You'll see drain tile footage, sump specs, and labor broken out separately, not one vague lump-sum number.
