Interior drain tile, sump basins, and vapor barrier wall systems installed by technicians who've done this hundreds of times in Shrewsbury, NJ basements.
We've seen enough Shrewsbury, NJ basements to know that a wet spot in one corner rarely tells the whole story. Before we recommend drain tile or a sump upgrade, we trace the water back to where it's actually entering, not just where you noticed it.
We're bonded and insured for both residential and light commercial basement work across Shrewsbury, NJ.
Our Shrewsbury, NJ crews are staffed locally, so a wet basement call doesn't sit in a national queue for a week.
No hourly billing and no change orders once your basement floor is already open.
We use pin-type moisture meters and a flashlight-and-crowbar inspection to trace water back to its real entry point.
Every Shrewsbury, NJ Basement Waterproofing job starts with an inspection, not a generic package — here's what that typically includes.
The core fix for most Shrewsbury, NJ basements: a perimeter drain cut into the slab edge, tied to a sump basin, that intercepts water before it reaches the floor.
Battery backup is available for any sump system, so a power outage during a storm doesn't undo the whole fix.
Vertical wall cracks get epoxy or polyurethane injection depending on whether they're still actively weeping.
We install membrane on masonry walls before any insulation or framing goes up, so moisture never gets a chance to reach finished materials.
Window wells that hold water after a storm are a direct pressure point against the glass and frame — we add gravel beds and drain lines tied into the main system.
A quick phone conversation lets us bring the right equipment on the first visit instead of a second trip.
We also check exterior grading and downspouts, since a lot of basement leaks start outside, not inside.
You'll see drain tile footage, sump specs, and labor broken out separately, not one vague lump-sum number.
You'll get warranty paperwork and a walkthrough of how the system works so you know what to expect going forward.
