We diagnose the actual water source before we quote anything — no guessing, no upsell, just a plan sized to your basement.
We've seen enough Mount Vernon, OH basements to know that a wet spot in one corner rarely tells the whole story. Before we recommend drain tile or a sump upgrade, we trace the water back to where it's actually entering, not just where you noticed it.
Every technician carries full state licensing and liability coverage before they ever step into your basement.
Most inspection requests get a same-day or next-day appointment, not a two-week wait.
No hourly billing and no change orders once your basement floor is already open.
We use pin-type moisture meters and a flashlight-and-crowbar inspection to trace water back to its real entry point.
We scope every Basement Waterproofing job in person before quoting it, since two properties with the same symptom rarely need the same fix.
The core fix for most Mount Vernon, OH basements: a perimeter drain cut into the slab edge, tied to a sump basin, that intercepts water before it reaches the floor.
Every drain tile system needs a properly sized sump pump — we calculate basin size and pump horsepower from your square footage and local water table depth.
The cove joint where the floor meets the foundation wall is one of the most common Mount Vernon, OH leak points, and we seal it as part of every interior system.
A dimpled plastic membrane behind any finished basement wall channels residual moisture down to the drain tile instead of trapping it behind drywall.
Poor window well drainage is one of the most overlooked Mount Vernon, OH basement leak sources, and it's often the cheapest fix on the list.
You describe what you're seeing — a wet spot, a musty smell, standing water — and we get a rough read on urgency before dispatching anyone.
We also check exterior grading and downspouts, since a lot of basement leaks start outside, not inside.
You'll see drain tile footage, sump specs, and labor broken out separately, not one vague lump-sum number.
You'll get warranty paperwork and a walkthrough of how the system works so you know what to expect going forward.
