We diagnose the actual water source before we quote anything — no guessing, no upsell, just a plan sized to your basement.
We've seen enough Sunbury, OH basements to know that a wet spot in one corner rarely tells the whole story. Before we recommend drain tile or a sump upgrade, we trace the water back to where it's actually entering, not just where you noticed it.
Every technician carries full state licensing and liability coverage before they ever step into your basement.
Most inspection requests get a same-day or next-day appointment, not a two-week wait.
You get one written number before drilling starts, covering drain tile, sump basin, and discharge line.
Thermal imaging helps us confirm whether a stain is active moisture or an old, already-fixed leak.
We scope every Basement Waterproofing job in person before quoting it, since two properties with the same symptom rarely need the same fix.
The core fix for most Sunbury, OH basements: a perimeter drain cut into the slab edge, tied to a sump basin, that intercepts water before it reaches the floor.
Every drain tile system needs a properly sized sump pump — we calculate basin size and pump horsepower from your square footage and local water table depth.
Vertical wall cracks get epoxy or polyurethane injection depending on whether they're still actively weeping.
We install membrane on masonry walls before any insulation or framing goes up, so moisture never gets a chance to reach finished materials.
Poor window well drainage is one of the most overlooked Sunbury, OH basement leak sources, and it's often the cheapest fix on the list.
You describe what you're seeing — a wet spot, a musty smell, standing water — and we get a rough read on urgency before dispatching anyone.
We also check exterior grading and downspouts, since a lot of basement leaks start outside, not inside.
You'll see drain tile footage, sump specs, and labor broken out separately, not one vague lump-sum number.
You'll get warranty paperwork and a walkthrough of how the system works so you know what to expect going forward.
