A failed sump pump or a burst window well seal can put inches of water in your basement in under an hour — our Rex, GA emergency crews carry extraction pumps and moisture meters to start mitigation the same day you call.
Emergency calls that get deprioritized behind routine scheduling are how a small leak turns into a much larger repair bill. We route active flooding straight to the front of the dispatch board, every time, without exception.
Our Rex, GA emergency crews are staged and ready to respond outside normal business hours.
Active flooding gets priority routing ahead of scheduled, non-urgent appointments on the dispatch board.
No inflated after-hours surcharge sprung on you after the work is already done.
Moisture meters let us confirm the water hasn't spread further than what's visible before we finish the visit.
Every Rex, GA Emergency Waterproofing job starts with an inspection, not a generic package — here's what that typically includes.
We prioritize extraction speed since every additional hour of standing water increases the risk of mold and structural damage.
If a specialty pump is needed, we set up temporary pumping to control the situation until the right unit arrives.
An actively leaking foundation crack can be temporarily stabilized with fast-curing polyurethane injection to slow intrusion until a full repair is scheduled.
After significant storm-driven flooding, we run air movers and dehumidifiers to bring humidity down and limit secondary damage to walls and flooring.
We coordinate follow-up structural repair scheduling once the immediate emergency is under control.
Emergency calls are answered by a real person around the clock, not routed to voicemail.
We bring extraction pumps, air movers, and moisture meters on every emergency dispatch.
A technician assesses the situation on arrival and gives you a written price for immediate extraction and mitigation before starting.
Follow-up scheduling for permanent repairs is set up before we leave, so the emergency doesn't just repeat itself.
