We stop the water first and diagnose the long-term fix second.
Addison, MI storms don't wait for business hours, and neither do we — emergency dispatch is staffed around the clock specifically because sump failures and burst pipes have no respect for a normal schedule.
Our Addison, MI emergency crews are staged and ready to respond outside normal business hours.
We carry submersible pumps, air movers, and moisture-mapping tools on every emergency-equipped truck.
Emergency dispatch doesn't mean unpredictable pricing — we quote extraction and mitigation work in writing before starting.
Moisture meters let us confirm the water hasn't spread further than what's visible before we finish the visit.
We scope every Emergency Waterproofing job in person before quoting it, since two properties with the same symptom rarely need the same fix.
We prioritize extraction speed since every additional hour of standing water increases the risk of mold and structural damage.
A failed sump pump during an active flood gets replaced on the spot when possible, using common models carried on our emergency trucks.
An actively leaking foundation crack can be temporarily stabilized with fast-curing polyurethane injection to slow intrusion until a full repair is scheduled.
Mitigation documentation is provided for any insurance claim you may need to file.
A bowing or failing foundation wall during active water intrusion gets an emergency structural assessment to determine immediate safety and next steps.
Describe what's happening — active flooding, a failed pump, a burst pipe — and we dispatch based on severity, not a standard appointment queue.
Emergency-equipped trucks are staged for fast response across our Addison, MI coverage area, prioritizing active flooding situations.
Longer-term repair recommendations are provided separately once the emergency is stabilized.
Follow-up scheduling for permanent repairs is set up before we leave, so the emergency doesn't just repeat itself.
