We stop the water first and diagnose the long-term fix second.
Rives Junction, MI storms don't wait for business hours, and neither do we — emergency dispatch is staffed around the clock specifically because sump failures and burst pipes have no respect for a normal schedule.
Emergency calls get answered by a real dispatcher, day or night, not a voicemail that gets returned in the morning.
Active flooding gets priority routing ahead of scheduled, non-urgent appointments on the dispatch board.
Emergency dispatch doesn't mean unpredictable pricing — we quote extraction and mitigation work in writing before starting.
Moisture meters let us confirm the water hasn't spread further than what's visible before we finish the visit.
We scope every Emergency Waterproofing job in person before quoting it, since two properties with the same symptom rarely need the same fix.
We prioritize extraction speed since every additional hour of standing water increases the risk of mold and structural damage.
If a specialty pump is needed, we set up temporary pumping to control the situation until the right unit arrives.
This buys time without leaving the situation to worsen while a permanent fix is planned.
After significant storm-driven flooding, we run air movers and dehumidifiers to bring humidity down and limit secondary damage to walls and flooring.
We coordinate follow-up structural repair scheduling once the immediate emergency is under control.
Emergency calls are answered by a real person around the clock, not routed to voicemail.
Emergency-equipped trucks are staged for fast response across our Rives Junction, MI coverage area, prioritizing active flooding situations.
