We stop the water first and diagnose the long-term fix second.
Rochester, MN storms don't wait for business hours, and neither do we — emergency dispatch is staffed around the clock specifically because sump failures and burst pipes have no respect for a normal schedule.
Emergency calls get answered by a real dispatcher, day or night, not a voicemail that gets returned in the morning.
We carry submersible pumps, air movers, and moisture-mapping tools on every emergency-equipped truck.
No inflated after-hours surcharge sprung on you after the work is already done.
Moisture meters let us confirm the water hasn't spread further than what's visible before we finish the visit.
