A failed sump pump or a burst window well seal can put inches of water in your basement in under an hour — our Lambertville, NJ emergency crews carry extraction pumps and moisture meters to start mitigation the same day you call.
Lambertville, NJ storms don't wait for business hours, and neither do we — emergency dispatch is staffed around the clock specifically because sump failures and burst pipes have no respect for a normal schedule.
Emergency calls get answered by a real dispatcher, day or night, not a voicemail that gets returned in the morning.
Active flooding gets priority routing ahead of scheduled, non-urgent appointments on the dispatch board.
No inflated after-hours surcharge sprung on you after the work is already done.
Moisture meters let us confirm the water hasn't spread further than what's visible before we finish the visit.
We scope every Emergency Waterproofing job in person before quoting it, since two properties with the same symptom rarely need the same fix.
Submersible pumps remove standing water fast, whether it's from a failed sump pump, burst pipe, or storm-driven flooding.
If a specialty pump is needed, we set up temporary pumping to control the situation until the right unit arrives.
This buys time without leaving the situation to worsen while a permanent fix is planned.
Mitigation documentation is provided for any insurance claim you may need to file.
We coordinate follow-up structural repair scheduling once the immediate emergency is under control.
Emergency calls are answered by a real person around the clock, not routed to voicemail.
We bring extraction pumps, air movers, and moisture meters on every emergency dispatch.
A technician assesses the situation on arrival and gives you a written price for immediate extraction and mitigation before starting.
We don't leave until active water is under control and the immediate risk is addressed.
