We stop the water first and diagnose the long-term fix second.
Metuchen, NJ storms don't wait for business hours, and neither do we — emergency dispatch is staffed around the clock specifically because sump failures and burst pipes have no respect for a normal schedule.
Emergency calls get answered by a real dispatcher, day or night, not a voicemail that gets returned in the morning.
Active flooding gets priority routing ahead of scheduled, non-urgent appointments on the dispatch board.
No inflated after-hours surcharge sprung on you after the work is already done.
Moisture meters let us confirm the water hasn't spread further than what's visible before we finish the visit.
Every Metuchen, NJ Emergency Waterproofing job starts with an inspection, not a generic package — here's what that typically includes.
Submersible pumps remove standing water fast, whether it's from a failed sump pump, burst pipe, or storm-driven flooding.
If a specialty pump is needed, we set up temporary pumping to control the situation until the right unit arrives.
This buys time without leaving the situation to worsen while a permanent fix is planned.
After significant storm-driven flooding, we run air movers and dehumidifiers to bring humidity down and limit secondary damage to walls and flooring.
A bowing or failing foundation wall during active water intrusion gets an emergency structural assessment to determine immediate safety and next steps.
Describe what's happening — active flooding, a failed pump, a burst pipe — and we dispatch based on severity, not a standard appointment queue.
Emergency-equipped trucks are staged for fast response across our Metuchen, NJ coverage area, prioritizing active flooding situations.
Longer-term repair recommendations are provided separately once the emergency is stabilized.
Follow-up scheduling for permanent repairs is set up before we leave, so the emergency doesn't just repeat itself.
