We stop the water first and diagnose the long-term fix second.
Emergency calls that get deprioritized behind routine scheduling are how a small leak turns into a much larger repair bill. We route active flooding straight to the front of the dispatch board, every time, without exception.
Our Rutherford, NJ emergency crews are staged and ready to respond outside normal business hours.
Active flooding gets priority routing ahead of scheduled, non-urgent appointments on the dispatch board.
No inflated after-hours surcharge sprung on you after the work is already done.
Portable pumps, air movers, and dehumidifiers are stocked on emergency trucks so mitigation can start the moment we arrive.
We scope every Emergency Waterproofing job in person before quoting it, since two properties with the same symptom rarely need the same fix.
Submersible pumps remove standing water fast, whether it's from a failed sump pump, burst pipe, or storm-driven flooding.
If a specialty pump is needed, we set up temporary pumping to control the situation until the right unit arrives.
An actively leaking foundation crack can be temporarily stabilized with fast-curing polyurethane injection to slow intrusion until a full repair is scheduled.
Mitigation documentation is provided for any insurance claim you may need to file.
We coordinate follow-up structural repair scheduling once the immediate emergency is under control.
Emergency calls are answered by a real person around the clock, not routed to voicemail.
We bring extraction pumps, air movers, and moisture meters on every emergency dispatch.
Longer-term repair recommendations are provided separately once the emergency is stabilized.
We don't leave until active water is under control and the immediate risk is addressed.

Most active flooding calls get a technician on-site within a few hours, prioritized ahead of scheduled non-urgent appointments.
Emergency dispatch is quoted in writing before work starts, with no inflated after-hours surcharge sprung on you afterward.
If safe to do so, move valuables away from rising water and, if you have access to your electrical panel, avoid contact with water near outlets.
This buys time and limits further water intrusion without leaving the situation to worsen.
Final claim approval is always up to your insurance carrier, but we're happy to provide what documentation we can.
You won't need to find a second contractor for the follow-up work.
