We stop the water first and diagnose the long-term fix second.
Atlanta, NY storms don't wait for business hours, and neither do we — emergency dispatch is staffed around the clock specifically because sump failures and burst pipes have no respect for a normal schedule.
Emergency calls get answered by a real dispatcher, day or night, not a voicemail that gets returned in the morning.
We carry submersible pumps, air movers, and moisture-mapping tools on every emergency-equipped truck.
No inflated after-hours surcharge sprung on you after the work is already done.
Portable pumps, air movers, and dehumidifiers are stocked on emergency trucks so mitigation can start the moment we arrive.
Every Atlanta, NY Emergency Waterproofing job starts with an inspection, not a generic package — here's what that typically includes.
Submersible pumps remove standing water fast, whether it's from a failed sump pump, burst pipe, or storm-driven flooding.
If a specialty pump is needed, we set up temporary pumping to control the situation until the right unit arrives.
An actively leaking foundation crack can be temporarily stabilized with fast-curing polyurethane injection to slow intrusion until a full repair is scheduled.
After significant storm-driven flooding, we run air movers and dehumidifiers to bring humidity down and limit secondary damage to walls and flooring.
A bowing or failing foundation wall during active water intrusion gets an emergency structural assessment to determine immediate safety and next steps.
Emergency calls are answered by a real person around the clock, not routed to voicemail.
Emergency-equipped trucks are staged for fast response across our Atlanta, NY coverage area, prioritizing active flooding situations.
Longer-term repair recommendations are provided separately once the emergency is stabilized.
Follow-up scheduling for permanent repairs is set up before we leave, so the emergency doesn't just repeat itself.
