We stop the water first and diagnose the long-term fix second.
Highland, NY storms don't wait for business hours, and neither do we — emergency dispatch is staffed around the clock specifically because sump failures and burst pipes have no respect for a normal schedule.
Emergency calls get answered by a real dispatcher, day or night, not a voicemail that gets returned in the morning.
We carry submersible pumps, air movers, and moisture-mapping tools on every emergency-equipped truck.
Emergency dispatch doesn't mean unpredictable pricing — we quote extraction and mitigation work in writing before starting.
Moisture meters let us confirm the water hasn't spread further than what's visible before we finish the visit.
Every Highland, NY Emergency Waterproofing job starts with an inspection, not a generic package — here's what that typically includes.
Submersible pumps remove standing water fast, whether it's from a failed sump pump, burst pipe, or storm-driven flooding.
If a specialty pump is needed, we set up temporary pumping to control the situation until the right unit arrives.
This buys time without leaving the situation to worsen while a permanent fix is planned.
Mitigation documentation is provided for any insurance claim you may need to file.
A bowing or failing foundation wall during active water intrusion gets an emergency structural assessment to determine immediate safety and next steps.
Emergency calls are answered by a real person around the clock, not routed to voicemail.
Emergency-equipped trucks are staged for fast response across our Highland, NY coverage area, prioritizing active flooding situations.
Longer-term repair recommendations are provided separately once the emergency is stabilized.
Follow-up scheduling for permanent repairs is set up before we leave, so the emergency doesn't just repeat itself.

We can also walk you through basic safety steps over the phone while dispatch is en route.
