A failed sump pump or a burst window well seal can put inches of water in your basement in under an hour — our Jericho, NY emergency crews carry extraction pumps and moisture meters to start mitigation the same day you call.
Emergency calls that get deprioritized behind routine scheduling are how a small leak turns into a much larger repair bill. We route active flooding straight to the front of the dispatch board, every time, without exception.
Emergency calls get answered by a real dispatcher, day or night, not a voicemail that gets returned in the morning.
Active flooding gets priority routing ahead of scheduled, non-urgent appointments on the dispatch board.
No inflated after-hours surcharge sprung on you after the work is already done.
Moisture meters let us confirm the water hasn't spread further than what's visible before we finish the visit.
Every Jericho, NY Emergency Waterproofing job starts with an inspection, not a generic package — here's what that typically includes.
Submersible pumps remove standing water fast, whether it's from a failed sump pump, burst pipe, or storm-driven flooding.
If a specialty pump is needed, we set up temporary pumping to control the situation until the right unit arrives.
An actively leaking foundation crack can be temporarily stabilized with fast-curing polyurethane injection to slow intrusion until a full repair is scheduled.

Emergency calls are answered by a real person around the clock, not routed to voicemail.
We bring extraction pumps, air movers, and moisture meters on every emergency dispatch.
A technician assesses the situation on arrival and gives you a written price for immediate extraction and mitigation before starting.
We don't leave until active water is under control and the immediate risk is addressed.
