We stop the water first and diagnose the long-term fix second.
Green Camp, OH storms don't wait for business hours, and neither do we — emergency dispatch is staffed around the clock specifically because sump failures and burst pipes have no respect for a normal schedule.
Emergency calls get answered by a real dispatcher, day or night, not a voicemail that gets returned in the morning.
Active flooding gets priority routing ahead of scheduled, non-urgent appointments on the dispatch board.
Emergency dispatch doesn't mean unpredictable pricing — we quote extraction and mitigation work in writing before starting.
Moisture meters let us confirm the water hasn't spread further than what's visible before we finish the visit.
Every Green Camp, OH Emergency Waterproofing job starts with an inspection, not a generic package — here's what that typically includes.
We prioritize extraction speed since every additional hour of standing water increases the risk of mold and structural damage.
If a specialty pump is needed, we set up temporary pumping to control the situation until the right unit arrives.
An actively leaking foundation crack can be temporarily stabilized with fast-curing polyurethane injection to slow intrusion until a full repair is scheduled.
Mitigation documentation is provided for any insurance claim you may need to file.
We coordinate follow-up structural repair scheduling once the immediate emergency is under control.
Describe what's happening — active flooding, a failed pump, a burst pipe — and we dispatch based on severity, not a standard appointment queue.
Emergency-equipped trucks are staged for fast response across our Green Camp, OH coverage area, prioritizing active flooding situations.
Longer-term repair recommendations are provided separately once the emergency is stabilized.
Follow-up scheduling for permanent repairs is set up before we leave, so the emergency doesn't just repeat itself.
