A failed sump pump or a burst window well seal can put inches of water in your basement in under an hour — our New Lexington, OH emergency crews carry extraction pumps and moisture meters to start mitigation the same day you call.
The difference between a manageable repair and a major loss often comes down to how fast water gets extracted after a failure. Our emergency trucks are equipped to start mitigation immediately, not just assess and schedule for later.
Our New Lexington, OH emergency crews are staged and ready to respond outside normal business hours.

We prioritize extraction speed since every additional hour of standing water increases the risk of mold and structural damage.
If a specialty pump is needed, we set up temporary pumping to control the situation until the right unit arrives.
This buys time without leaving the situation to worsen while a permanent fix is planned.
After significant storm-driven flooding, we run air movers and dehumidifiers to bring humidity down and limit secondary damage to walls and flooring.
We coordinate follow-up structural repair scheduling once the immediate emergency is under control.
