We stop the water first and diagnose the long-term fix second.
Sheridan, OR storms don't wait for business hours, and neither do we — emergency dispatch is staffed around the clock specifically because sump failures and burst pipes have no respect for a normal schedule.
Emergency calls get answered by a real dispatcher, day or night, not a voicemail that gets returned in the morning.
Active flooding gets priority routing ahead of scheduled, non-urgent appointments on the dispatch board.
No inflated after-hours surcharge sprung on you after the work is already done.
Portable pumps, air movers, and dehumidifiers are stocked on emergency trucks so mitigation can start the moment we arrive.
We scope every Emergency Waterproofing job in person before quoting it, since two properties with the same symptom rarely need the same fix.
Submersible pumps remove standing water fast, whether it's from a failed sump pump, burst pipe, or storm-driven flooding.
If a specialty pump is needed, we set up temporary pumping to control the situation until the right unit arrives.
This buys time without leaving the situation to worsen while a permanent fix is planned.
After significant storm-driven flooding, we run air movers and dehumidifiers to bring humidity down and limit secondary damage to walls and flooring.
We coordinate follow-up structural repair scheduling once the immediate emergency is under control.
Describe what's happening — active flooding, a failed pump, a burst pipe — and we dispatch based on severity, not a standard appointment queue.
We bring extraction pumps, air movers, and moisture meters on every emergency dispatch.
Longer-term repair recommendations are provided separately once the emergency is stabilized.
Follow-up scheduling for permanent repairs is set up before we leave, so the emergency doesn't just repeat itself.

This buys time and limits further water intrusion without leaving the situation to worsen.
Final claim approval is always up to your insurance carrier, but we're happy to provide what documentation we can.
Yes — we stabilize the emergency first, then schedule the appropriate permanent repair, whether that's drain tile, crack injection, or a new sump system.
