A failed sump pump or a burst window well seal can put inches of water in your basement in under an hour — our Markesan, WI emergency crews carry extraction pumps and moisture meters to start mitigation the same day you call.
Markesan, WI storms don't wait for business hours, and neither do we — emergency dispatch is staffed around the clock specifically because sump failures and burst pipes have no respect for a normal schedule.
Emergency calls get answered by a real dispatcher, day or night, not a voicemail that gets returned in the morning.
Active flooding gets priority routing ahead of scheduled, non-urgent appointments on the dispatch board.
No inflated after-hours surcharge sprung on you after the work is already done.
Moisture meters let us confirm the water hasn't spread further than what's visible before we finish the visit.
We scope every Emergency Waterproofing job in person before quoting it, since two properties with the same symptom rarely need the same fix.
We prioritize extraction speed since every additional hour of standing water increases the risk of mold and structural damage.
A failed sump pump during an active flood gets replaced on the spot when possible, using common models carried on our emergency trucks.
An actively leaking foundation crack can be temporarily stabilized with fast-curing polyurethane injection to slow intrusion until a full repair is scheduled.
Mitigation documentation is provided for any insurance claim you may need to file.
A bowing or failing foundation wall during active water intrusion gets an emergency structural assessment to determine immediate safety and next steps.
Emergency calls are answered by a real person around the clock, not routed to voicemail.
Emergency-equipped trucks are staged for fast response across our Markesan, WI coverage area, prioritizing active flooding situations.
Longer-term repair recommendations are provided separately once the emergency is stabilized.
Follow-up scheduling for permanent repairs is set up before we leave, so the emergency doesn't just repeat itself.

Emergency dispatch is quoted in writing before work starts, with no inflated after-hours surcharge sprung on you afterward.
If safe to do so, move valuables away from rising water and, if you have access to your electrical panel, avoid contact with water near outlets.
This buys time and limits further water intrusion without leaving the situation to worsen.
Final claim approval is always up to your insurance carrier, but we're happy to provide what documentation we can.
