We size every Fairfax, VA system to basin capacity and inflow rate, not a generic package.
Not every Fairfax, VA basement needs full-perimeter drain tile — sometimes a targeted section addressing the actual entry point is the more cost-effective, equally durable fix. We size the scope to what the inspection actually shows.
We're licensed and insured for residential and light commercial interior drainage work across Fairfax, VA.
Most Fairfax, VA inspection requests get a response within a day or two.
Sump basin and pump costs are itemized separately so you can see exactly what makes up the total.
Drain tile that isn't sloped correctly simply won't move water — we verify slope with a level during installation, not just by eye.
We scope every Interior Drainage System job in person before quoting it, since two properties with the same symptom rarely need the same fix.
We route the full perimeter or targeted sections depending on where moisture is actually entering, based on the inspection.
Every interior drain system needs a sump basin as its endpoint — we size the basin and pump to match the drain tile's expected inflow.
This option works well as a lower-disruption alternative to full perimeter drain tile in certain Fairfax, VA basement layouts.
We treat the cove joint as part of every interior drainage install, not as a separate add-on.
Existing drain tile that's clogged with silt or has failed slope can often be cleaned or repaired rather than fully replaced.
Tell us where water shows up and under what conditions — heavy rain, snowmelt, or constantly — so we can scope the likely system needed.
We also check existing drainage, if any, to determine whether repair or new installation makes more sense.
We explain why we're recommending full perimeter versus targeted sections based on what the inspection found.
We test the system with water flow before finishing to confirm proper slope and basin performance.
"Water was coming in along one wall every heavy rain. They installed targeted drain tile just on that section instead of charging us for the whole perimeter."
— Fairfax Homeowner
"Finished basement meant we couldn't cut the slab easily. Baseboard channel system worked great as an alternative."
— Fairfax Customer
"Explained the slope requirements in a way that actually made sense, not just technical jargon."

Not always — if water is only entering along one wall, a targeted section can be enough, which we determine from inspection findings.
We'll recommend whichever fits your basement's finish level and budget.
{Sometimes — if the pipe itself is intact but clogged with silt, cleaning can restore function without a full re-installation.|We camera-inspect where accessible to make that determination before recommending replacement.}
