We size every sump pump to your basin, discharge distance, and Lookout Mountain, GA water table, not a generic off-the-shelf number.
Lookout Mountain, GA water tables and storm patterns vary enough that a pump that's right for one property can be wrong for the next. We test inflow rate during inspection so the pump we recommend actually matches your basement's real conditions.
We check discharge line routing and check valve placement as part of every install, not just the pump itself.

Basin lids are sealed to reduce basement humidity and keep debris out of the pump mechanism.
Tell us your pump's age, symptoms, and whether it failed or you're installing new — that shapes what we bring on the visit.
A technician checks basin size, current pump condition, and how fast water is actually entering the basin during testing.
