Battery backup and water-powered backup options are available so a power outage doesn't undo your protection.
Palestine, IL water tables and storm patterns vary enough that a pump that's right for one property can be wrong for the next. We test inflow rate during inspection so the pump we recommend actually matches your basement's real conditions.
Every sump pump installation is completed by a licensed, insured technician, with electrical work handled to code.
A failed sump pump during active weather gets priority dispatch across our Palestine, IL coverage area.
Battery backup add-ons are priced separately and clearly, so you can decide what fits your budget.
We calculate gallons-per-hour pump capacity based on your basin size and typical inflow rate, not a one-size-fits-all recommendation.
Every Palestine, IL Sump Pump Installation job starts with an inspection, not a generic package — here's what that typically includes.
We install submersible pumps rated for continuous duty, not the lighter-duty units sold for occasional use.
A battery backup pump kicks in automatically if the power goes out during a storm — exactly when you need it most.
This option works well as a second layer of protection alongside a battery backup system.
A missing or failed check valve lets pumped water flow back into the basin, making your pump work twice as hard for the same result.
An undersized basin cycles the pump too frequently, shortening its lifespan — we resize basins when the existing one isn't keeping up.
If it's an active failure with water rising, we prioritize same-day dispatch.
A technician checks basin size, current pump condition, and how fast water is actually entering the basin during testing.
We explain why a given pump size fits your situation instead of just quoting the most expensive option.
We test the new pump under load, including a simulated power outage if a backup system is installed, before we leave.
