Battery backup and water-powered backup options are available so a power outage doesn't undo your protection.
Cleves, OH water tables and storm patterns vary enough that a pump that's right for one property can be wrong for the next. We test inflow rate during inspection so the pump we recommend actually matches your basement's real conditions.
We check discharge line routing and check valve placement as part of every install, not just the pump itself.
A failed sump pump during active weather gets priority dispatch across our Cleves, OH coverage area.
Pricing covers the pump, basin, check valve, and discharge line as one quoted number, not itemized surprises after the fact.
We calculate gallons-per-hour pump capacity based on your basin size and typical inflow rate, not a one-size-fits-all recommendation.
Every Cleves, OH Sump Pump Installation job starts with an inspection, not a generic package — here's what that typically includes.
We install submersible pumps rated for continuous duty, not the lighter-duty units sold for occasional use.
We size backup battery capacity to your typical outage duration, not just a default runtime estimate.
This option works well as a second layer of protection alongside a battery backup system.
A missing or failed check valve lets pumped water flow back into the basin, making your pump work twice as hard for the same result.
Basin lids are sealed to reduce basement humidity and keep debris out of the pump mechanism.
Tell us your pump's age, symptoms, and whether it failed or you're installing new — that shapes what we bring on the visit.
We also check the discharge line route and check valve condition as part of the same visit.
You'll see the recommended pump horsepower, basin size, and any backup options broken out with pricing.
You'll get a quick walkthrough of the alarm and backup system operation so you know what to expect.
