We size every sump pump to your basin, discharge distance, and Greenwood, SC water table, not a generic off-the-shelf number.
Greenwood, SC water tables and storm patterns vary enough that a pump that's right for one property can be wrong for the next. We test inflow rate during inspection so the pump we recommend actually matches your basement's real conditions.
Every sump pump installation is completed by a licensed, insured technician, with electrical work handled to code.
A failed sump pump during active weather gets priority dispatch across our Greenwood, SC coverage area.
Battery backup add-ons are priced separately and clearly, so you can decide what fits your budget.
Oversized or undersized pumps both cause problems — sizing it correctly the first time avoids premature failure.
We scope every Sump Pump Installation job in person before quoting it, since two properties with the same symptom rarely need the same fix.
We install submersible pumps rated for continuous duty, not the lighter-duty units sold for occasional use.
A battery backup pump kicks in automatically if the power goes out during a storm — exactly when you need it most.
This option works well as a second layer of protection alongside a battery backup system.
We also inspect discharge line routing to make sure water is actually getting away from the foundation, not just to the yard next to it.
An undersized basin cycles the pump too frequently, shortening its lifespan — we resize basins when the existing one isn't keeping up.
If it's an active failure with water rising, we prioritize same-day dispatch.
A technician checks basin size, current pump condition, and how fast water is actually entering the basin during testing.
We explain why a given pump size fits your situation instead of just quoting the most expensive option.
You'll get a quick walkthrough of the alarm and backup system operation so you know what to expect.

We can test an existing pump's condition during an inspection rather than assuming it needs replacement.
If a specialty basin or pump size is needed, we'll give you a realistic timeline upfront.
Most systems benefit from having both, especially in areas prone to storm-related outages.
