A wet basement can come from a dozen different sources, and we trace yours back to the real cause before recommending any fix.
We've walked into plenty of Convoy, OH basements where two or three prior repairs each addressed a different symptom without solving the underlying combination of causes. Diagnosing the full picture first is what actually breaks that cycle.
We check walls, floor, grading, gutters, and window wells before recommending a repair, not just the spot where you noticed water.
Wet basement calls get scheduled quickly, especially when there's active water or a musty odor that's gotten worse recently.
We break down each component of the fix so you understand what you're paying for and why it's included.
Between drain tile, sump systems, crack injection, and exterior grading, we can address nearly any wet basement cause without bringing in a second contractor.
Every Convoy, OH Wet Basement Repair job starts with an inspection, not a generic package — here's what that typically includes.
We use moisture meters, visual inspection, and a review of exterior grading and gutters to identify every contributing water source, not just the obvious one.
When groundwater is the primary source, interior drain tile tied to a properly sized sump basin intercepts it before it reaches your floor.
Cracks are often a secondary contributor alongside grading or drainage issues, not the sole cause.
A surprising number of Convoy, OH wet basements trace back to grading that slopes toward the foundation or downspouts discharging too close to the wall.
We coordinate with mold remediation specialists when visible growth is already present, since that's outside our own scope.
We ask how long the basement has been wet, whether it's constant or storm-related, and what you've already tried.
We don't stop at the first obvious cause — chronic wet basements often have more than one contributing factor.
You'll get a written scope covering every component of the recommended fix, whether that's one service or several combined.
Repairs are completed according to the written scope, and we test the system — pump, drain flow, or injection — before considering the job done.

Cost depends entirely on which combination of repairs your basement needs — we won't estimate a number until the diagnostic inspection is complete.
