Interior drainage, exterior grading, crack injection, or a combination — we scope what your Newport, TN basement actually needs.
We've walked into plenty of Newport, TN basements where two or three prior repairs each addressed a different symptom without solving the underlying combination of causes. Diagnosing the full picture first is what actually breaks that cycle.
We check walls, floor, grading, gutters, and window wells before recommending a repair, not just the spot where you noticed water.
Wet basement calls get scheduled quickly, especially when there's active water or a musty odor that's gotten worse recently.
Whatever combination of repairs your basement needs, the price is quoted in writing before any work begins.
Between drain tile, sump systems, crack injection, and exterior grading, we can address nearly any wet basement cause without bringing in a second contractor.
Every Newport, TN Wet Basement Repair job starts with an inspection, not a generic package — here's what that typically includes.
We use moisture meters, visual inspection, and a review of exterior grading and gutters to identify every contributing water source, not just the obvious one.
When groundwater is the primary source, interior drain tile tied to a properly sized sump basin intercepts it before it reaches your floor.
Active wall cracks get epoxy or polyurethane injection as part of a comprehensive wet basement repair, sealed and classified before we move to other work.
We correct grading and extend downspouts as part of the full repair scope where the inspection points that direction.
Chronic basement moisture creates conditions for mold growth, and part of our repair scope is getting humidity down to a level that doesn't support it.
We ask how long the basement has been wet, whether it's constant or storm-related, and what you've already tried.
A technician checks interior walls and floor, exterior grading, gutters, and window wells to build a complete picture of what's driving the moisture.
We explain the reasoning behind each recommendation so the plan makes sense, not just a list of line items.
Repairs are completed according to the written scope, and we test the system — pump, drain flow, or injection — before considering the job done.
