Interior drainage, exterior grading, crack injection, or a combination — we scope what your Sewanee, TN basement actually needs.
We've walked into plenty of Sewanee, TN basements where two or three prior repairs each addressed a different symptom without solving the underlying combination of causes. Diagnosing the full picture first is what actually breaks that cycle.
We check walls, floor, grading, gutters, and window wells before recommending a repair, not just the spot where you noticed water.
Wet basement calls get scheduled quickly, especially when there's active water or a musty odor that's gotten worse recently.
Whatever combination of repairs your basement needs, the price is quoted in writing before any work begins.
That range means the diagnosis drives the fix, not which single service a narrower contractor happens to offer.
Every Sewanee, TN Wet Basement Repair job starts with an inspection, not a generic package — here's what that typically includes.
A written diagnostic summary explains what we found and why we're recommending a specific repair combination.
When groundwater is the primary source, interior drain tile tied to a properly sized sump basin intercepts it before it reaches your floor.
Cracks are often a secondary contributor alongside grading or drainage issues, not the sole cause.
A surprising number of Sewanee, TN wet basements trace back to grading that slopes toward the foundation or downspouts discharging too close to the wall.
Chronic basement moisture creates conditions for mold growth, and part of our repair scope is getting humidity down to a level that doesn't support it.
That history helps us prioritize what to check first during the on-site visit.
We don't stop at the first obvious cause — chronic wet basements often have more than one contributing factor.
We explain the reasoning behind each recommendation so the plan makes sense, not just a list of line items.
Repairs are completed according to the written scope, and we test the system — pump, drain flow, or injection — before considering the job done.
