Interior drain tile, sump basins, and vapor barrier wall systems installed by technicians who've done this hundreds of times in Marion, IL basements.
Basement waterproofing mistakes usually come down to one thing: fixing the symptom instead of the source. A contractor who paints over a wet wall without checking cove joint condition or exterior grading is setting you up for the same call again in a year or two.
Every technician carries full state licensing and liability coverage before they ever step into your basement.
Our Marion, IL crews are staffed locally, so a wet basement call doesn't sit in a national queue for a week.
No hourly billing and no change orders once your basement floor is already open.
Thermal imaging helps us confirm whether a stain is active moisture or an old, already-fixed leak.
Every Marion, IL Basement Waterproofing job starts with an inspection, not a generic package — here's what that typically includes.
We route drain tile beneath the existing slab line so flooring disruption stays minimal during installation.
Every drain tile system needs a properly sized sump pump — we calculate basin size and pump horsepower from your square footage and local water table depth.
Vertical wall cracks get epoxy or polyurethane injection depending on whether they're still actively weeping.
We install membrane on masonry walls before any insulation or framing goes up, so moisture never gets a chance to reach finished materials.
Poor window well drainage is one of the most overlooked Marion, IL basement leak sources, and it's often the cheapest fix on the list.
A quick phone conversation lets us bring the right equipment on the first visit instead of a second trip.
We also check exterior grading and downspouts, since a lot of basement leaks start outside, not inside.
We explain the reasoning behind the recommended system so you know exactly what you're paying for and why.
You'll get warranty paperwork and a walkthrough of how the system works so you know what to expect going forward.

Yes — interior drain tile requires cutting a channel along the slab edge, which we patch with concrete once the system is installed.
Larger basements or those needing extensive crack repair can take a bit longer — we'll give you a realistic timeline in the written quote.
If the crack is actively weeping or part of a larger drainage issue, we'll recommend a full system instead of a spot fix.
