We diagnose the actual water source before we quote anything — no guessing, no upsell, just a plan sized to your basement.
Basement waterproofing mistakes usually come down to one thing: fixing the symptom instead of the source. A contractor who paints over a wet wall without checking cove joint condition or exterior grading is setting you up for the same call again in a year or two.
Every technician carries full state licensing and liability coverage before they ever step into your basement.
Our Clifton, OH crews are staffed locally, so a wet basement call doesn't sit in a national queue for a week.
No hourly billing and no change orders once your basement floor is already open.
Thermal imaging helps us confirm whether a stain is active moisture or an old, already-fixed leak.
Every Clifton, OH Basement Waterproofing job starts with an inspection, not a generic package — here's what that typically includes.
The core fix for most Clifton, OH basements: a perimeter drain cut into the slab edge, tied to a sump basin, that intercepts water before it reaches the floor.
Battery backup is available for any sump system, so a power outage during a storm doesn't undo the whole fix.
The cove joint where the floor meets the foundation wall is one of the most common Clifton, OH leak points, and we seal it as part of every interior system.
We install membrane on masonry walls before any insulation or framing goes up, so moisture never gets a chance to reach finished materials.
Poor window well drainage is one of the most overlooked Clifton, OH basement leak sources, and it's often the cheapest fix on the list.
You describe what you're seeing — a wet spot, a musty smell, standing water — and we get a rough read on urgency before dispatching anyone.
We also check exterior grading and downspouts, since a lot of basement leaks start outside, not inside.
We explain the reasoning behind the recommended system so you know exactly what you're paying for and why.
You'll get warranty paperwork and a walkthrough of how the system works so you know what to expect going forward.
