A failed sump pump or a burst window well seal can put inches of water in your basement in under an hour — our Damascus, OR emergency crews carry extraction pumps and moisture meters to start mitigation the same day you call.
Emergency calls that get deprioritized behind routine scheduling are how a small leak turns into a much larger repair bill. We route active flooding straight to the front of the dispatch board, every time, without exception.
Our Damascus, OR emergency crews are staged and ready to respond outside normal business hours.
We carry submersible pumps, air movers, and moisture-mapping tools on every emergency-equipped truck.
No inflated after-hours surcharge sprung on you after the work is already done.
Moisture meters let us confirm the water hasn't spread further than what's visible before we finish the visit.
We scope every Emergency Waterproofing job in person before quoting it, since two properties with the same symptom rarely need the same fix.
We prioritize extraction speed since every additional hour of standing water increases the risk of mold and structural damage.
A failed sump pump during an active flood gets replaced on the spot when possible, using common models carried on our emergency trucks.
An actively leaking foundation crack can be temporarily stabilized with fast-curing polyurethane injection to slow intrusion until a full repair is scheduled.
Mitigation documentation is provided for any insurance claim you may need to file.
A bowing or failing foundation wall during active water intrusion gets an emergency structural assessment to determine immediate safety and next steps.
Emergency calls are answered by a real person around the clock, not routed to voicemail.
We bring extraction pumps, air movers, and moisture meters on every emergency dispatch.
Longer-term repair recommendations are provided separately once the emergency is stabilized.
We don't leave until active water is under control and the immediate risk is addressed.

Most active flooding calls get a technician on-site within a few hours, prioritized ahead of scheduled non-urgent appointments.
Emergency dispatch is quoted in writing before work starts, with no inflated after-hours surcharge sprung on you afterward.
If safe to do so, move valuables away from rising water and, if you have access to your electrical panel, avoid contact with water near outlets.
This buys time and limits further water intrusion without leaving the situation to worsen.
Final claim approval is always up to your insurance carrier, but we're happy to provide what documentation we can.
Yes — we stabilize the emergency first, then schedule the appropriate permanent repair, whether that's drain tile, crack injection, or a new sump system.
