We size every sump pump to your basin, discharge distance, and Liberty, SC water table, not a generic off-the-shelf number.
An oversized or undersized sump pump both cause problems down the line — short-cycling, premature motor failure, or simply not keeping up during a real storm. We calculate GPH capacity against your basin's actual inflow rather than reaching for a default size.
We check discharge line routing and check valve placement as part of every install, not just the pump itself.
We carry common pump models on the truck so a failed unit can often be replaced the same day you call.
Pricing covers the pump, basin, check valve, and discharge line as one quoted number, not itemized surprises after the fact.
We calculate gallons-per-hour pump capacity based on your basin size and typical inflow rate, not a one-size-fits-all recommendation.
We scope every Sump Pump Installation job in person before quoting it, since two properties with the same symptom rarely need the same fix.
We install submersible pumps rated for continuous duty, not the lighter-duty units sold for occasional use.
We size backup battery capacity to your typical outage duration, not just a default runtime estimate.
For homes with municipal water pressure, a water-powered backup pump runs without any battery at all, using house water pressure to move basement water out.
A missing or failed check valve lets pumped water flow back into the basin, making your pump work twice as hard for the same result.
An undersized basin cycles the pump too frequently, shortening its lifespan — we resize basins when the existing one isn't keeping up.
If it's an active failure with water rising, we prioritize same-day dispatch.
We also check the discharge line route and check valve condition as part of the same visit.
We explain why a given pump size fits your situation instead of just quoting the most expensive option.
We test the new pump under load, including a simulated power outage if a backup system is installed, before we leave.
"Our old sump pump died during the biggest storm of the year and we got water in the finished basement. They replaced it with a battery backup system the same afternoon."
— Liberty Customer
"Water-powered backup pump has been a good second layer since our power goes out more than we'd like during storms."
— Liberty Homeowner
"Check valve on our old system had failed and nobody had caught it. New pump plus a working check valve made a real difference."
— Liberty Customer
"Explained the GPH rating and why our old pump was undersized for our basin — made total sense once they laid it out."
— Liberty Homeowner
If the pump runs constantly or your basin overflows during heavy rain, it's likely undersized for your actual inflow rate.
We can walk through battery versus water-powered backup options based on your home's setup.
We can test an existing pump's condition during an inspection rather than assuming it needs replacement.
If a specialty basin or pump size is needed, we'll give you a realistic timeline upfront.
Most systems benefit from having both, especially in areas prone to storm-related outages.
Yes, every installation comes with a written warranty on both the pump and the installation labor.
