Interior drainage, exterior grading, crack injection, or a combination — we scope what your Jonesboro, IL basement actually needs.
We've walked into plenty of Jonesboro, IL basements where two or three prior repairs each addressed a different symptom without solving the underlying combination of causes. Diagnosing the full picture first is what actually breaks that cycle.
We check walls, floor, grading, gutters, and window wells before recommending a repair, not just the spot where you noticed water.
Wet basement calls get scheduled quickly, especially when there's active water or a musty odor that's gotten worse recently.
Whatever combination of repairs your basement needs, the price is quoted in writing before any work begins.
Between drain tile, sump systems, crack injection, and exterior grading, we can address nearly any wet basement cause without bringing in a second contractor.
We scope every Wet Basement Repair job in person before quoting it, since two properties with the same symptom rarely need the same fix.
We use moisture meters, visual inspection, and a review of exterior grading and gutters to identify every contributing water source, not just the obvious one.
When groundwater is the primary source, interior drain tile tied to a properly sized sump basin intercepts it before it reaches your floor.
Cracks are often a secondary contributor alongside grading or drainage issues, not the sole cause.
A surprising number of Jonesboro, IL wet basements trace back to grading that slopes toward the foundation or downspouts discharging too close to the wall.
We coordinate with mold remediation specialists when visible growth is already present, since that's outside our own scope.
We ask how long the basement has been wet, whether it's constant or storm-related, and what you've already tried.
We don't stop at the first obvious cause — chronic wet basements often have more than one contributing factor.
You'll get a written scope covering every component of the recommended fix, whether that's one service or several combined.
We're available to reassess if conditions change after a major storm, since Jonesboro, IL weather can be unpredictable.

We focus on moisture control, and we coordinate with mold remediation specialists for visible growth, which falls outside our direct scope.
Cost depends entirely on which combination of repairs your basement needs — we won't estimate a number until the diagnostic inspection is complete.
Timeline depends on scope — a single-cause fix might take a day, while a combination of drainage, grading, and crack repair can take several days.
