A wet basement can come from a dozen different sources, and we trace yours back to the real cause before recommending any fix.
Chronic wet basements are rarely caused by just one thing, which is exactly why single-service contractors so often leave the problem half-solved. Our diagnostic process checks grading, drainage, and crack condition together before recommending a fix.
We check walls, floor, grading, gutters, and window wells before recommending a repair, not just the spot where you noticed water.
Our technicians know the common wet-basement patterns specific to Lake Oswego, OR construction styles and soil conditions.
We break down each component of the fix so you understand what you're paying for and why it's included.
That range means the diagnosis drives the fix, not which single service a narrower contractor happens to offer.
Every Lake Oswego, OR Wet Basement Repair job starts with an inspection, not a generic package — here's what that typically includes.
We use moisture meters, visual inspection, and a review of exterior grading and gutters to identify every contributing water source, not just the obvious one.
This is the most common fix for Lake Oswego, OR basements with a consistently high water table.
Cracks are often a secondary contributor alongside grading or drainage issues, not the sole cause.
A surprising number of Lake Oswego, OR wet basements trace back to grading that slopes toward the foundation or downspouts discharging too close to the wall.
We coordinate with mold remediation specialists when visible growth is already present, since that's outside our own scope.
We ask how long the basement has been wet, whether it's constant or storm-related, and what you've already tried.
A technician checks interior walls and floor, exterior grading, gutters, and window wells to build a complete picture of what's driving the moisture.
You'll get a written scope covering every component of the recommended fix, whether that's one service or several combined.
We're available to reassess if conditions change after a major storm, since Lake Oswego, OR weather can be unpredictable.
